Your Training Experience

Hey guys I'm so excited to see that you are considering signing up for my 8 week personal training program. I want to put your worries to rest by sharing exactly what my program is all about. 

​

You might be someone who needs that one on one accountability to push you through or you might be someone who isn't as knowledgeable in the fitness background as you would like and you want to make a beneficial change in your life. This personal training program will do both! 

​

In this program you can expect to be treated with a customized workout specific to your bodies needs and goals. During your first session all your measurements will be taken and you will share what you are looking to accomplish during this experience. You can also expect to discuss topics such as nutrition, body image, and personal goals. While performing some exercises we can gain a better understanding of your strengths, limits, and how much you can be challenged. After the session I'll leave you with a workout plan that should be fulfilled during the rest of the week.

Let me start by saying that I have gained so much confidence in these last few weeks. When I started I wasn't very fond of what I saw in the mirror.
